In addition to representing clients in legal matters, we also provide neutral, impartial third-party mediation services. In this role, we help individuals and businesses resolve disputes outside of a courtroom. A mediator does not make decisions, issue rulings, or declare a "winner" in a dispute. Instead, a mediator's primary job is to guide the parties through a structured negotiation process so that they can reach a mutually agreeable settlement on their own terms.
